I’m Jolanda, Master Loctian and CEO of iLocUbr. Allow me to use your Locs as my canvas and create a masterpiece with your crown.

I am a fulltime Loc Specialist with over 15 year experience. Initially I started as a Natural Hair Stylist until I fell in love with Locs! My passion for locs motivated me to  continue my education with learning the latest techniques and trends.
